Version 1
PolicyVera LLC operates a technology platform where consumers shop for insurance from independently licensed insurance agents. PolicyVera is not an insurance broker, agent, or carrier and does not sell, solicit, negotiate, or bind insurance. As a realtor partner, you are joining in a view-only, informational capacity: you may follow the insurance progress of transactions your own clients have consented to share with you. You are not a licensed insurance producer on this Platform, and nothing here authorizes you to sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance, to advise on coverage, or to represent yourself as doing so. Your client shops a neutral marketplace and makes every insurance decision themselves, with the licensed agent they choose.
For each transaction a buyer has consented to share, the Platform shows you progress milestones and their timestamps (such as when quotes were requested, how many quotes have arrived, when an agent was chosen, when a policy was purchased, and when proof of insurance was delivered), together with details you entered yourself (such as an estimated closing date). You will not see premiums, coverage amounts or terms, carrier names on quotes, policy documents, the buyer's private messages with agents or lenders, or financial details. These limits are enforced by the Platform and are a condition of your access.
You can only follow a transaction after the buyer explicitly consents to share it with you. A buyer may decline or revoke at any time; on decline or revocation, your visibility into that transaction ends immediately and the Platform deletes the records that connected you to it. A buyer's decision about sharing with you never affects their own access to quotes or any other Platform feature.
The information you can see — your client's name, their transaction's insurance milestones, and related timestamps — is shared with you for one purpose: coordinating your own client's transaction to closing. You agree to use it solely for that purpose, to keep it confidential, not to sell, share, or distribute it to third parties, and to protect the credentials of your account. Your actions on the Platform are logged and attributable to you.
The Platform is a neutral marketplace. You agree not to recommend, endorse, rank, or disparage any specific insurance agent, insurer, or policy to your client through or in connection with the Platform, and not to pressure a client's choice of agent, insurer, or coverage. Anyone you invite to the Platform — a buyer, a lender, or an insurance agent — receives no preference, placement, or ranking anywhere on the Platform as a result of your invitation.
Your realtor partner account is free, and it is offered on the same terms to all real estate professionals. You will not be paid, credited, or rewarded — in money or in anything else of value — for using the Platform, for the volume of clients you invite, or for any referral. You likewise agree not to pay or provide anything of value to PolicyVera, to any insurance agent, or to any lender in exchange for referrals through the Platform. Your access is never conditioned on referral volume.
By clicking "Accept" you consent to enter into this agreement electronically in accordance with the federal ESIGN Act and applicable state Uniform Electronic Transactions Acts (UETA). Your electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POLICYVERA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. THE PLATFORM'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). MILESTONE INFORMATION IS PROVIDED FOR COORDINATION ONLY; FOR ANY DECISION THAT DEPENDS ON COVERAGE BEING IN FORCE, RELY ON THE BOUND POLICY DOCUMENTS DELIVERED TO THE PARTIES, NOT ON PLATFORM STATUS DISPLAYS.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute will first be submitted to good-faith mediation; if unsuccessful, it will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Meridian, Idaho. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief to protect confidential information or intellectual property.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. The Platform may suspend or terminate your access for misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms, including any attempt to solicit insurance or steer clients in violation of Sections A and E. Upon termination your access ends and buyer-consented visibility is removed. Sections D (Confidentiality), E (Neutral Marketplace), F (Free Service), H (Limitation of Liability), and I (Dispute Resolution) survive termination.
