PolicyVera integrations

PolicyVera connects to the systems mortgage lenders already run. Connect your own Encompass or Arive account and new loan files flow in automatically. Any other LOS works through MISMO 3.4 or the 1003. From the loan file, you request quotes from licensed local agents, your borrower compares every quote and picks their own agent, and the binder and evidence of insurance land in your inbox before closing day.

Encompass

PolicyVera natively supports Encompass. Connect your own Encompass account and borrowers pull straight from your LOS: loan files import through ICE's APIs as MISMO 3.4, and loan-event subscriptions push new files to PolicyVera automatically. Borrower, property, and loan details auto-fill, with no re-keying. From there you set the coverage and mortgagee clause the loan requires, request quotes from licensed agents in the borrower's state, and watch live per-file status until the binder and replacement-cost estimate arrive.

Arive

PolicyVera natively supports Arive. Connect your own Arive account: your automation posts loan events, and PolicyVera re-pulls the authoritative loan record from Arive's API, so the file that lands matches your system of record. The same workflow follows: coverage requirements, quote requests to licensed local agents, live status, and automated binder delivery.

Any LOS: MISMO 3.4 and the 1003

Any LOS works. Export the MISMO 3.4 or the 1003, drag it in, and the borrower, property, and loan details auto-fill. Borrowers can also be added by hand.

CRM webhooks

Send your PolicyVera pipeline events to your own CRM, for example GoHighLevel, through signed outbound webhooks. Events arrive as JSON with an HMAC signature your system verifies, plus flat snake_case fields your CRM maps directly. Both lenders and agents can subscribe their own systems.

LOA document email

When a borrower is switching from an existing carrier, a 30-second digital LOA starts automatic document collection: declarations pages arrive through a unique inbound document email and attach to the client's vault automatically.

Start insurance from the loan file

Apply in minutes; local lenders are approved within 24 hours with a branded link and private dashboard access. Pull your first borrower from your LOS, request quotes from licensed local agents, and watch the binder land on schedule.

Common questions

Does PolicyVera integrate with Encompass?
Yes, natively. You connect your own Encompass account, loan files pull through ICE's APIs as MISMO 3.4, and loan-event subscriptions push new files automatically.
Does PolicyVera integrate with Arive?
Yes, natively. You connect your own Arive account, your automation posts loan events, and PolicyVera re-pulls the authoritative loan from Arive's API.
Can a lender request quotes before the borrower creates an account?
Yes. You import the loan file and send quote requests the same day, and you always see where each file stands. Your borrower's link is where they see every quote, compare, and choose their own licensed agent. The binder and evidence of insurance are delivered to your inbox on schedule.
What if my LOS isn't Encompass or Arive?
Any LOS works. Export the MISMO 3.4 or the 1003 and drag it in; the borrower, property, and loan details auto-fill. Borrowers can also be added by hand.
Can PolicyVera handle a high-volume branch, say 200 loans a month?
Yes. Loan files import automatically through event subscriptions, every file carries live status on one board, quote requests fan out to licensed agents in minutes, and binders and replacement-cost estimates arrive automatically. The workflow is the same at twenty loans a month or two hundred, and PolicyVera is free for lenders at every volume.
Does PolicyVera send data to my CRM?
Yes. Signed outbound webhooks deliver your pipeline events as JSON to the endpoint you configure, with flat fields built for CRM field mapping. GoHighLevel is a common choice, and the engine is provider-generic.

PolicyVera is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by ICE Mortgage Technology (Encompass), Arive, GoHighLevel, or any LOS or CRM vendor. Lenders and agents connect their own accounts.
