How much does this cost?

Nothing. PolicyVera is free.

Do I have to use PolicyVera?

No. Umortgage needs proof of insurance before closing. Where you get it is up to you. PolicyVera is simply a free way to compare quotes, and if you're already covered you can upload your policy or have us request it from your current agent.

Will I get spam calls?

No. Insurance agents are not allowed to call, text or email you outside PolicyVera until you accept them as your new agent or ask them to contact you.

What will Umortgage see?

Only what you allow. When you sign up, you choose whether to let Umortgage follow your progress (your quote progress for the home you share and when coverage is bound) so they can keep your closing on track. They never see quotes for any other home, or your private messages with your agent.

Who are the agents?

Licensed local insurance agents. PolicyVera doesn't sell insurance or rank agents. You compare the quotes, and the choice is always yours.
