How much does this cost?

Nothing. PolicyVera is free.

Do I have to use PolicyVera?

No. Focus Home Lending needs proof of insurance before closing. Where you get it is up to you. PolicyVera is simply a free way to compare quotes, and if you're already covered you can upload your policy or have us request it from your current agent.

Will I get spam calls?
